Local Addendum (revised 2020)
 The following local classes are not listed in the provincial syllabus and therefore not eligible for the Provincial Festival.

School Chorus :
Class 02012 – Medley of Songs – Grades 4-6 one medley, own choice
Class 09250 – Classroom Music – Kindergarten/ECS one selection, own choice
Class 02014 – Concert Class – Grades 4-6 Maximum of 3 Songs, may include popular songs
Class 02013 – Garage Band – own choice, maximum of 3 songs

Local Piano Solo Classes:
Class 01984 – Sacred Class – one selection, own choice (This class may be divided by age.)
Class 01986 – Accompanying Class – one selection, own choice, entrant must provide their own singer or instrumentalist
Class 02011 – Piano Improvisation – one selection, own choice, enter by Grade level
Class 01420 – Piano Duet – Primo/Secondo at different Grade levels, one selection, own choice
 

Novice & Special Study: Competitor other piano classes, may not enter other piano classes:          
Class 00161 – Piano Novice 1, one selection, own choice, 1st year of study
Class 00162 – Piano Novice 2, one selection, own choice, 2nd year of study
Class 00163 – Piano Special Study, not more than 9 months study
Class 00164 – Piano Special Study, not more than 18 months study
Class 00165 – Novice 1, Piano Duet, one selection, own choice, 1st year of study
Class 00166 – Novice 2, Piano Duet, one selection, own choice, 2nd year of study

Plectrum Guitar
Class 02017 – Plectrum Guitar Duet – can be different levels, one selection, own choice
Class 02020 – String/Vocal Ensemble – any string instrument with vocal accompaniment, one selection, own choice​
